6. Contract Relationship and Installation Partner
Customers enter into their solar agreement with Midwest Power Consulting Group. Universal Solar Direct is Midwest Power’s installation partner. Universal Solar Direct performs applicable technical design, engineering, permitting, utility-interconnection coordination, installation, inspection coordination and activation work, and provides and services applicable installation and system warranties according to the customer’s signed agreement and written warranty documents.
Midwest Power remains the customer’s primary point of contact and coordinates applicable issues with Universal Solar Direct on the customer’s behalf.
7. Written Agreements Control
If information on this website conflicts with a customer’s signed agreement, project documents, financing documents or written warranty documents, the applicable signed documents control.
8. Warranty Information
Warranty coverage, exclusions, duration, service obligations and the responsible warranty providers depend on the customer’s written documents and selected equipment. No blanket warranty is promised on this website. Customers should review their written warranty documents for specific terms.
